Helpful video. Thank you. Google Keep is one of Google's most used apps for me. I use it every day. Over the years, I've built up an impressive collection of notes and labels. So I was all the more shocked when I read an article today about which apps will be buried by Google over time. The article stated that Google will no longer be looking after apps that don't generate money or user data - which would include Keep. I hope this is not the case. Especially as Google recently announced that it would be adding AI functions to Keep. I'm curious to see.

okay, i switched from icloud to g one & photos, gf has my fotos now but says it is 22gb, clean up space, i go there & it says delete xxxx recover 11gb of space..then it says this will delete all these fotos & vids from my gf account permanently, wtf? is it just deleting from my phone , it’s very confusing

thanks again for another great video. for me, I use both. They're both so user-friendly and fast that I like having both just in case something happens to the other but mostly just because I like to see what each format does with the collection. If I had to pick one, it's definitely Amazon. I pay for Amazon Prime anyway and an additional $20 year means I'm covered with all photos and videos. My only small beef with Amazon is that when I create an album and add photos/videos to the album, I'd like for the photos or videos to be removed from the main storage. Also, I don't like how deleting the images from the main area means it is also deleted from the album.

I appreciate these types of videos, though I'm familiar with Apple Notes, it's great to be reminded of the features. I especially like the text scanning feature because I'm usually on the go, or can, on the spot, show my class, via PP, a text from a textbook, etc. Pretty cool. This two-year-old review is obsolete and should be taken down. As of this writing, June 2024, the PC champion of dictation is from Microsoft and built into its range of Office 365 apps. When using Word 365 on a Windows PC, you can jump into and out of dictation. The accuracy of the transcription is unparalleled. In addition, you can enter special characters simply by speaking their names. A host of formatting operations can also be carried out by voice command. Microsoft is in the process of making dictation available on iOS devices running Office apps. It will be MUCH appreciated. Apple’s transcription logarithm is execrable. It misinterprets so many dictated words that when corrections are factored in, as entered using iPad’s and iPhone’s dreadful membrane keyboard, is probably faster. Apple really needs to get its act together in the transcription department. They claim to be rewriting Siri from scratch, incorporating UI. When coding the transcription element, a professional with good vocabulary and top-notch grammar should be in charge. The current version obviously was created by coders who never read a book outside school assignments, and its suggested substitutions border on comical. Speaking of comical, your accent, self-described as non-regional, could not be more Canadian. Take that, hoser!

This is my first time watching one of your videos and I really enjoyed it! I am a high school teacher and all of my students have leaning differences. So many that are dyslexic could benefit from voice typing but won't even try it. I use it as I am a horrible typist. Students are encouraged to use Grammarly to correct their work (which they refuse to do) After watching your video, I am going to do a live demo. I think if they had a list of the voice commands they might be more motivated to edit. You may change my school year when we go back in August! Thanks and have a great summer.

Great video Dottotech, quick question tho, im looking to make Step bt step tutorial training videos to train a new employee on how to use certain software's we use. Most are web based and some on the desktop, also some are utilized on a cellphone or tablet. Which one of these wiuld you say would be best for this out of the 3 ? And do they do mobile ( cellphone ) also ? Also is Snagit Free to use ? I heard somewhere that its a free 15 day trial, is that correct.
